Public transport is a great way to safely get to and from school.

Catching a bus

Students using School Opal cards must tap on and tap off in line with the Opal terms of use.
 This includes travel within the approved times, between 6:30 am and 7:00 pm, on school days only, from Monday to Friday. Students must use their Child/Youth Opal card for any travel outside these times.
 All students are required to comply with the student code of conduct aims to ensure the safety and well-being of school children and other passengers. Parents must ensure their child is aware of this.

Driving and parking

The start and end of the school day are busy times for pedestrians and drivers outside schools.

When driving and parking near our school, please:

• ensure you park safely in school zones
• follow speed signs
• do not make U-turns or 3-point turns outside the school.
• be a good role model
• never call your child from across the road
• use the safest place to cross the road

Parking on school grounds

Behind the BPS School Hall is for volunteers only. Parent Volunteers must have prior permission from the Principal.

BPS Staff Car Park is reserved for staff only. Do not walk through the staff car park. Please use the designated covered walkways to exit the school grounds.

Kiss & Ride at Biddabah

Kiss and Ride is located at the top round about/entrance to our school. These zones are designed for quick entry and exit and minimise congestion and risk when use properly by all parents and carers. These zones operate under the same conditions as no parking zones, which means you may stop to drop off or pick up children for a maximum of 2 minutes. You're required to remain in, or within 3 metres of your vechile.
